2. How much is the nomination fee?

Fee: ₹19,999 + 18% GST
Total: ₹23,598
This covers certification, branding, event access, and social impact contributions.

3. Will I receive a receipt or confirmation after payment?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and official receipt once payment is completed successfully.

4. How can I pay the nomination fee?

We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfer

5. Are there any discounts or waivers available for the nomination fee?

Discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially for NGOs or individuals with financial limitations. Please contact the organizers.

6. Is the nomination fee refundable?

No. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of selection status.

7. What if I’m not selected for an award?

You will:
- Be invited to attend the awards ceremony
- Receive PR exposure and networking access
- Be added to the Pride of Hyderabad community
- Be considered for future events and CSR initiatives
Your nomination supports charity and community development efforts.

8. Can I apply in multiple categories?

Yes, but you must submit a separate application and fee for each category.

9. What documents are required?

- Resume/Business Profile
- Supporting Docs (Awards, Certificates, Media Links)
- High-Quality Photograph
- Incorporation Documents (for Startups/Institutions)

10. Who are the jury members and guests?

- Our jury panel comprises industry experts, senior journalists, incubator heads, CSR leaders, and government officials.
- The guest list includes dignitaries, influencers, investors, and innovation leaders.
- Jury decisions are final and confidential.

11. How will I be notified if selected?

- Email or Phone Notification will be sent to the selected nominees.
- Award Ceremony Details will be provided in advance including dress code, timings, and venue map.

12. Can I bring someone along with me to the event?

- Only 1 attendee (guest) is allowed with each awardee.
- Food & Beverages will be provided during the event.
- If you have specific allergies or health-related dietary needs, please note:

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. The nomination fee is non-refundable, under any circumstance.
2. All submitted details are subject to verification by the organizing team.
3. Jury decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
4. Nomination does not guarantee selection.
5. Awardees must attend the ceremony in person to receive their recognition.
6. Event date may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. The organizers reserve the final authority in case of disputes or changes.
8. No compensation will be provided for non-selection, rescheduling, or event changes.
9. Annual Membership is provided (not lifetime) and is renewable yearly.
10. Awardees grant permission to use their names, images, and interviews for publicity and publications.
11. The Pride of Hyderabad Awards is a private recognition program aiming to highlight contributions toward development, innovation, and community betterment.
